Three Industries,
One Missing Craft

Agni Raraswulan spent her career in film, marketing, and the creator economy. Each one held a piece of the same craft, and none of them spoke to the others. StoryConvert is what she built from the overlap.

She Started Where Stories Are Taken Seriously

Agni trained as a filmmaker and made award-winning biographical documentaries. Documentary work teaches a specific discipline: you direct the audience's perspective toward a conclusion, and they arrive at it themselves. A documentary that tells people what to think fails. One that arranges the evidence so the conclusion feels like the viewer's own idea changes minds for good.

That discipline became the foundation of everything that followed. Film school taught her that story is architecture, built from conflict, structure, and belief change, and that an audience's emotional journey can be designed on purpose, scene by scene.

Then She Went Where the Audiences Went

Cinema audiences were moving to YouTube, so she followed them. She built Skwad Media from zero to five million subscribers across nine channels, and produced video for global brands including KAO, Phillip Morris, and Home Credit.

Building channels from nothing forced a different kind of learning than film school. Every upload was a test of what holds attention, what gets clicked, what gets ignored, and why. Thousands of videos later, the patterns stopped looking like luck.

The System Had to Work in Languages She Doesn't Speak

At Bored Panda she oversaw 60 YouTube channels across 17 language markets. At that scale, taste and instinct stop being transferable. A method only counts if a team in another country, working in another language, can apply it and get the same result.

The niches ran from fitness to beauty to health to wine to finance. The expertise always belonged to the client; the system is what transfers. Proving that across 17 languages is what turned her instincts into a method she could write down.

Each Industry Had a Piece of the Craft, Not the Whole

Working across film, marketing, and the creator world made one thing visible: each industry holds a piece of the same craft and ignores the other two.

Film
Knows how to tell stories that change what people believe.
Never measures whether the story produced a result.
Marketing
Measures everything and optimizes relentlessly.
Can't tell a story anyone wants to sit through.
Creators
Win attention at a scale brands pay millions for.
Rarely convert that attention into business outcomes.

StoryConvert is the synthesis: diagnose the audience first, build the story second, measure what converts third. Applied to direct response, the method turned one video ad into $50K. Applied to a course launch, a five-video series generated $100K.

Why Professionals, Why Now

Financial advisors, attorneys, CPAs, and consultants sell judgment. The judgment about them now forms online, before any meeting, assembled from fragments across platforms. Most professional content does nothing to shape that verdict. The expertise is real; what's missing is the craft of making it argue on your behalf.

That's the work StoryConvert does: your thinking and your story, structured by someone who has built audiences for a living since 2016.
